Deacon Bill Schiferl
In September of 2007 our own Deacon Bill Schiferl was set apart and ordained to the office of Deacon in Apostolic Succession in the presense of God and the congregation. Ordination to the Diaconate was ministered in the presense of God Almighty and performed by The Most Rev. Dan Gincig High and Holy Bishop of the American Old Catholic Church as well as The Holy Rev. Father Michael Messina, Pastor of Risen Christ Holy Spirit Church.

Deacon Bill Schiferl is a stalwart of faith, prayer and a wealth of inspiration. He exemplifies and personifies the humility of Paul, tempered by the joyous gratitude for his life anew in our Risen Christ and His Holy Spirit. Deacon Bill and his devoted wife Von, are clearly lamps lit on the side of a hill for all to see. Filled with worship, not only in heart and voice, but in the support of the church and the actions that precede a movement of God and His Holy Spirit in the lives of others. They exemplify the New Testament Church.
