I’m Father Michael Messina of Risen Christ Ministries, may God’s peace and love fill you with unending joy.  Thank you so much for visiting us, I’m honored that you’ve taken the time to see what we’re all about.

We believe completely in the power of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and all the gifts of the Spirit. What does that mean? We believe that through a relationship with Jesus Christ that the door is opened for abundant love, spiritual, emotional and physical healing. We believe that through prayer and reading God’s word we grow in the understanding of the plan that God has for each of us.   

I have been blessed by the Lord to serve him in many ways over the years especially as a Parish Priest. Recently the Lord has blessed me with the opening of new doors as a Chaplain and I am excited about this.

However the heart of ministry never changes – It’s always about people!    It’s about being there when God’s people need me in a multitude of situations. Sometimes it’s someone wishing for a visitation and communion, a desire for prayer, a need for spiritual counseling, or a funeral for a loved one. And other times it’s about new beginnings such as a baptism, a wedding, leading a spiritual retreat or being called as an inspirational speaker for a group.

Whatever it is, whatever your need, I absolutely want to be there for you!  It’s what I was born to do!  So please feel free to contact about anything.
